We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Travel Guard team within Zurich Cover-More. Reporting to the Head of Solutions Delivery, APAC, this role plays an important part in delivering high-quality, compliant marketing activity across our partner network.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with both internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life, support new initiatives, and ensure all communications are aligned to our brand, customer experience and regulatory standards. You’ll help drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across our travel insurance marketing.
You will also be responsible for the following:
• Provide marketing guidance and support to partners to enable effective campaign delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and share strategic and creative ideas
• Review and approve partner marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand and compliance standards
• Support the planning and execution of joint marketing campaigns and product initiatives
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain accurate records of approvals, campaign activity and marketing assets

In order to be successful, you will have the following:
• Experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
• Strong written and editing skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong organisational skills
• Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders and building effective working relationships
• Understanding of marketing channels and best practice across digital and print
• Experience analysing campaign data and using insights to improve outcomes
• Experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
• Strong written and editing skills with a high level of attention to detail
